Simon was born on 4th December, 1963 in Ikyogen, Ikyurav-Ya in Kwande Local Government Area of Benue State.
Hon. Kwaghbulah attended NKST Primary School, Ahobee from 1971 – 1977 where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate and proceeded to Adikpo Community Secondary School in 1977. He passed out in 1982 with a West African School Certificate (WASC) O’Level. He then got admission into Abia State University, Uturu in 1995 and in 2000 he graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Degree in Accounting.
Between April and December, 1989, he worked at the International Merchant Bank Plc, and thereafter left for Nigerian American Merchant Bank Ltd in January 1990 where he remained until July 1993. He also worked with the Owena Bank Ltd. (Omega Bank) Plc between August 1993 and October 2002.
Hon. Kwaghbulah was a member Benue State House of Assembly from June 2007 – June, 2011 and in July 2011; he was appointed Hon. Commissioner for Youth and Sports by Governor Gabriel Suswam.
He has attended several training programmes and workshops within and outside the country like offshore trips to the United States, UK, France, Malaysia, South Africa, Israel, Egypt, Ghana and Norway. The Hon. Commissioner is a member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)
He like reading and travelling and is a happily married man with children.
