Hon. Iorember Benjamin Wayo is the House of Representative member representing Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency and a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC)
He is a native of Adikpo in Kwande Local Government Area of Benue State and was born 49 years ago.
Hon. Iorember attended Government Secondary School, Gboko where he obtained his O’Level Certificate in 1984. He later proceeded to the famous Ahmedu Bello University, Zaria where he acquired both a Diploma in Law (Dip. Law) and a Bachelor Degree in Law (LL.B) in 1990. In 2002, Hon. Iorember acquired a Post graduate Diploma in Management.
Hon. Iorember is proficient in adjudication, litigation, arbitration, advisory/representation as well as administration. With regards to these and as a competent lawyer, he has bagged several awards including the “Best Lawyer of the Year” in 2014 by the Front-View Publication.
This Honorable House of Representative member has heled important offices such as:
Magistrate, Benue State Judiciary from 1995 – 1997
Company Secretary/Director Administration from 1998 – 2014
His legislative interests includes: framework for agricultural expansion, promotion of rule of law and administration of justice as well as improved health care and power supply.
