Soluap provides a broad range of useful products & services including: information for knowledge, websites, platforms, integrated services, devices and more. All the things we provide are subject to our policies.
These policies are made up of agreements, terms & conditions that define Soluap’s relationship with you as you make use of our products & services.
The policies include additional, product or service specific policies that may be domiciled elsewhere.
We may update the policies. When updated the new version takes prominence.
If these policies conflict with our additional policies for some of our products or services, the additional policies will govern for that product or service.
If we delay or fail to enforce any of these policies, it should not be considered a waiver.
When we mention “Soluap”, “we”, “us”, and “our”, we mean Soluap and its affiliates.
Appropriate content
We give you permission to use our products and services if you understand and agree to these policies.
You therefore agree not to engage in, facilitate or support conduct that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent; that infringes or violates someone else’s rights, including their intellectual property rights.
You may not upload viruses or malicious code, or do anything that could disable, overburden or impair the proper working or appearance of our products and services.
You may not access or collect data from our Soluap using automated means without our prior permission or attempt to access data that you do not have permission to access.
Although we give you permission to use our services, we retain any intellectual property rights we have in the services.
Content linking, addition, embedding, transfer, alteration, deletion and others
Soluap, agents or third parties may read and write files; link, add, embed, remove, change, transfer, re-arrange, alter, edit or delete content or whatever on your website, app or resource.
This include various forms of linking, embedding, alteration and more.
Soluap, agents or third parties may serve adverts or cause adverts, promotional content or others to appear on your website, app or resource.
Termination
(a) Termination, on your part
If you want go terminate the service you’ll need to give Soluap 12 months notice in advance by deleting your account. (After you delete your account it will take from that day up to 12 months for the service to terminate).
You’ll need to keep your domain and hosting active up to the appointed time for the termination if the domain and hosting were provided by you or on your behalf from sources other than Soluap.
(b)Termination, on the part of Soluap
Soluap would like to give you 1 month advance notice if it wants to terminate the service however it may terminate it without notice due to certain circumstances.
Making use of your content
By using Soluap you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate and create derivative works of your content.
License
We need your permission if your intellectual property rights restrict our use of your content. You provide Soluap with that permission through this license.

This license covers your content if that content is protected by intellectual property rights. - What’s not covered:
This license doesn’t cover commonly available, factual information that’s in public domain. Such information doesn’t require a license because it’s considered common knowledge that everyone’s free to use.
Also the license doesn’t cover feedback that you offer, such as suggestions to improve our services.
- Scope:
This license is worldwide, which means it’s valid anywhere in the world;
Non-exclusive, which means you can license your content to others;
Royalty-free, which means there are no fees for this license. - Rights:
This license allows Soluap to:
Host, reproduce, distribute, communicate, and use your content;
To save your content on our systems and make it accessible from anywhere you go;
Publish, publicly perform, or publicly display your content;
Modify and create derivative works based on your content, such as reformatting or translating it;
Sublicense these rights to:
Other users to allow the services to work as designed, such as enabling you to share photos with people you choose;
Our contractors. - Purpose:
This license is for the purpose of operating and improving the services, which means allowing the services to work as designed and creating new features and functionalities. This includes using automated systems and algorithms to analyze your content:
for spam, malware, and illegal content
to recognize patterns in data, to customize our services for you, such as providing recommendations and personalized search results, content, and ads - Duration:
This license lasts for as long as your content is protected by intellectual property rights.
Feedback
If you choose to give us feedback, such as suggestions to improve our services, we may act on your feedback without obligation to you.
Your content
Some of our services give you the opportunity to make your content publicly available.
Soluap content
Some of our services include content that belongs to Soluap. You may use Soluap’s content as allowed by these policies and any service-specific additional policies, but we retain any intellectual property rights that we have in our content. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any of our branding, logos, or legal notices.
Software in Soluap products and services
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software. Also, you may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract any of our source code unless you have our written permission or applicable law lets you do so.
Other content
Finally, some of our services give you access to content that belongs to other people or organizations. You may not use this content without that person or organization’s permission, or as otherwise allowed by law. The views expressed in other people or organizations’ content are theirs, and don’t necessarily reflect Soluap’s views.
Removing your content
If we reasonably believe that any of your content (1) breaches these policies, service-specific additional policies or policies, (2) violates applicable law, or (3) could harm our users, third parties, or Soluap, then we reserve the right to take down some or all of that content in accordance with applicable law.
No liability
Soluap products and services are provided “as is”, and we make no guarantees that they will always be safe, secure or error-free, or that they will function without disruptions, delays or imperfections. To the extent permitted by law, we also disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
We do not control or direct what people and others do or say, and we are not responsible for their actions or conduct (whether online or offline) or any content that they share including offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful and other objectionable content.
Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any lost profits, revenues, information or data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive or incidental damages arising out of or related to Soluap or its products and services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You’ll indemnify Soluap and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors for any third-party legal proceedings (including actions by government authorities) arising out of or relating to your unlawful use of the services or violation of these policies or service-specific additional policies. This indemnity covers any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, judgments, fines, litigation costs, and legal fees.
Soluap won’t be responsible for the following liabilities:
loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings
indirect or consequential loss
punitive damages
Your Soluap Account
Some services require that you have a Soluap Account in order to work.
You’re responsible for what you do with your Soluap Account, including taking reasonable steps to keep your Soluap Account secure.
- Age requirements:
If you’re under the age required to manage your own Soluap Account, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use a Soluap Account. Please have your parent or legal guardian read these policies with you.
If you’re a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your child to use the services, then these policies apply to you and you’re responsible for your child’s activity on the services.
- Using Soluap services on behalf of an organization:
Many organizations, such as businesses, non-profits, and schools, make use of our services. To use our services on behalf of an organization:
an authorized representative of that organization must agree to these policies
your organization’s administrator may assign a Soluap Account to you. That administrator might require you to follow additional rules and may be able to access or disable your Soluap Account. - Deleting your account:
Suspending or terminating your access to Soluap services
Soluap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services or delete your Soluap Account.
You too can delete your account should you wish to do so.
After deleting your account you can not bring it back again. Should you wish to join Soluap again you can create a new account.

Refund
Money paid for website or app development not exceeding the previous 12 consecutive months may be refunded if the user demands for it through the Refund Form and the user is verified and funds for the purpose are available.
Make or receive payments.
If you get, earn, receive, collect, send or pay money on your website, app or resource then Soluap will take 1% of each transaction.
Fee on non-advert content
For content that may not carry adverts Soluap will collect $1 for every 100 MB or as stated for a specific product or service.
Financial, monetary fees, deductions, payments
Payments to providers or others may be made or not made.
The amount or percentage for fees or other things may at any time decrease or increase.
