What is the function of NTDA

What is the size per plot for the residential scheme development

We have it in various sizes in different schemes e,g. Golden Jubilee is 550 sqm per plot , Lekki Peninsula Scheme I has varying sizes based on designed use; 800 sqm, 900 sqm, 1080 sqm and 2000 sqm.

What is the procedure of acquiring a plot of land in the schemes

Lands Bureau.

What are the requirements for confirmation letter by Individual Allotee

  1. Application Letter duly signed by Allottee (Original copy) include valid phone number.
  2. Copy of Allottee’s valid means of identification (International Passport, Driver’s License or National ID)
  3. 1(NO) Passport Photograph for Allotee
  4. Copy of Letter of Preliminary Allocation from LUAC
  5. copy of Letter of Confirmation of Block and Plot from LUAC
  6. Copy (S) of Letter (S) of Rehabilitation (If Any)
  7. Current E-Survey Plan of the Allocation
  8. Clear Receipts of Payment on Capital Development Levy
  9. Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) (If Any)
    10 N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira Only) for Administrative Charge
  10. N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira Only) for Certified True Copy (CTC) in case of loss of Receipt(S) or Letter of Confirmation
  11. Letter of Authorization duly signed by Allottee.

What are the requirements for certified true copy of capital development levy receipts

  1. Application Letter.
  2. Sworn Affidavit of Lost of Receipt.
  3. Photocopies of Capital Development Levy Receipts.
  4. Photocopy of Certificate of Occupancy (C of O).
  5. Copy of Survey Plan in lieu of C of O.
  6. Bank Draft of N50,000.00 in favour of New Towns Development Authority.
  7. Photocopy of Deed of Assignment (if Purchased from Original Allottee).

What are the requirements for contractors’ registration

  1. LETTER OF INTRODUCTION.
  2. COMPANY’S PROFILE.
  3. COMPANY’S NAME AND REGISTRATION WITH CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION.
  4. PREVIOUS WORKS EXECUTED WITH DATES AND CONTRACT SUM.
  5. COPY OF COMPLETION CERTIFICATE (IF ANY)
  6. COPIES OF LETTERS OF AWARD (IF ANY).
  7. COPY OF TAX CLEARANCE OF COMPANY/DIRECTORS FOR THREE (3) PRECEEDING YEARS.
  8. REGISTRATION WITH LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT THROUGH PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AGENCY (PPA).

  1. Application Letter from company duly signed by the director(S) of the company (Original copy) include valid phone number.
  2. Copy of company CAC Certificate and other Documents showing list of Director(S)
  3. Copy of any valid means of identification for Director(S) International Passport, Driver’s License or National ID
  4. 1(NO) Passport Photograph for each Director
  5. Copy of Letter of Preliminary Allocation from LUAC
  6. copy of Letter of Confirmation of Block and Plot from LUAC
  7. Copy (S) of Letter (S) of Rehabilitation (If Any)
