Carolina Claudia Clemencia Hanases is a dedicated public servant, educator, and advocate for community upliftment, currently serving as a City of Windhoek Councillor. Her journey into public service is deeply rooted in her lifelong passion for education, child development, and social justice.

Before stepping into her role in local governance, Cllr Hanases built a strong foundation in the field of education. As part of her current term as a Windhoek City Councillor, Cllr Hanases is driven to address the living conditions of Windhoek residents, striving to be a transparent and incorruptible voice in council discussions. She is particularly focused on raising awareness of the socio-economic struggles faced by many and is committed to being a resourceful force for positive change.
