Groundnuts- 3cups

Eggs- 3

Flour- 6cups

Milk falvour- 1 satchet

Baking powder- 2 tablespoons

Sugar— 1/4 cup

Salt—- 1/3 teaspoon

Nutmeg—1 satchet

1. Select your groundnuts, wash and soak in hot water with salt for about 10mins. Drain out the water and spread to dry.

2.Mix your flour, salt, nutmeg, baking powder and milk flavor in a bowl.

3. In a different bowl, beat your eggs and sugar together till well combined..

4. Now pour your groundnuts into a big bowl, add in some egg mixture and mix. Ensure each groundnut is covered by the egg. Then pour in some flour to coat the groundnuts. Shake your bowl in a circular motion till all the groundnut is coated. You can use wooden spoon or spatula to raise the ones sticking to the bowl.

5. Pour in another round of eggs, mix together very well, pour flour to coat and shake in a circular motion. Continue this process until your egg mixture and flour are exhausted and your peanuts properly coated.

You can use your hands to separate ones sticking together.

6. Pour your coated peanuts into a colander and sieve out all tiny bits of flour that did not stick to your peanuts.

7. Heat up your oil(deep enough to cover the peanuts) and fry till brown.

Serve and ENJOY!!!!
