Soyabeans
Sugar/honey/ dates syrup
PROCEDURE
1. Soak your soybeans overnight
2. Next morning wash off the chaff like you wash beans and blend. You can take to the mill if you don’t have a good blender
3. Sieve using muslin cloth to remove all particles. Use little water to wash it out well.
4. Put on fire and allow to boil for 40-45mins or until the raw beans smell is gone and the colour slightly changed. Stir intermittently to avoid boiling over. Also remove the waterproof-like skin that covers the surface.
5. Remove from the fire and sieve again to remove every particle.
6. Add sweetener of choice
7. Add milk, milk flavor or vanilla flavour if you wish
8. Put in containers and keep in the fridge to chill.
