So the Commissioner of Police in charge of a State Command is under a Zonal Commander and the Zonal Commander is under the IG (Inspector General of Police).
Nigeria has 36 states with 17 federal police zones. Each zone comprises the state where the zonal headquarters is located as well as some neighbouring states.
