HOW TO MAKE CHIN-CHIN

🌟 INGREDIENTS

◾️ 6 cups all purpose flour

◾️1½ cup sugar

◾️ 125g butter/margarine

◾️ 4 teaspoonful nutmeg

(You will love the flavor)

◾️ 2 teaspoonful baking powder

◾️ 2 large eggs

◾️ 2 cups milk

🌟 METHOD

◾️In a big bowl, pour in flour, add all the dry ingredients, sugar, nutmeg, baking powder. Mix thoroughly and then rub in your margarine by squeezing the margarine and flour between your palms.

◾️Mix the egg in a different bowl with milk.

◾️ Make a whole in the middle of the flour mixture and add in the wet mixture.

◾️Mix together to form a dough.

◾️Divide dough into two.

◾️Flatten one half with a rolling pin and cut to your own desired size or shape.

◾️Deep fry till brown ( not golden brown).

Allow to cool and serve with any drink of your choice.
